For established clinicians and practice owners who've built something successful... and are now trapped by it.
A 7-Month Leadership Incubator for Established Mental Health Practitioners
You've built a successful practice.
You have the full caseload, the credentials, the income.
You're checking all the "healthy" boxes - therapy for yourself, regular
supervision, self-care routines.
You've built a full practice, maybe even a group practice. On paper, you're
successful. Your clients get results. You're respected in your field. You're
earning well.
But you're exhausted in ways that no amount of self-care seems to fix.
You know something needs to change, but every business coach wants to give
you more strategy, more tactics, more systems to implement.
nd the thought of adding one more thing makes you want to quit entirely.

✔️ You're a therapist, coach, or mental health practitioner with an
established practice
success
nervous systems and trauma
✔️ You're ready to redesign your practice from the ground up using
somatic principles
complexity of this work
✔️ You're done with the martyrdom narrative and ready to prove that
The Catalyst Collective is a 7-month incubator where you redesign your practice from the ground up using somatic principles - not just in your clinical work, but in your actual business architecture. Through peer community, and somatic business architecture, we guide you to step fully into sustainable practice - supported, witnessed, and well-resourced.

This isn't another training program where you consume content and return to the same unsustainable structure.
We know that transformation won't come from information alone.
It comes from being in the right room, with practitioners who see you, challenge you with love, and reflect your capacity and vision back to you.

This is where everything shifts. We meet weekly for deep, focused work that moves through three essential activators:
Yes, we work deeply.
And we also rest, connect, support each other through the hard parts,

Week 1- 2
Rest and Repair
Before you can redesign anything, you need to stop. Most clinicians are trying to build something new while still running at unsustainable capacity.
We start here because your nervous system needs to downregulate enough to actually FEEL what's true.
This isn't about adding self-care to your calendar. It's about recognizing that rest isn't preparation for the real work - it IS the work.
We explore: What would it look like to build a practice where rest is structured in, not squeezed in? How do you design revenue models that don't require constant output? What does your body need to tell you that you can't hear when you're in survival mode?

Week 3-4:
Resourcing the Resourcer
Now that you can actually sense yourself, we focus on regulation. You're the instrument of healing - and that instrument has been running on empty. We go deep into nervous system literacy applied to business decisions:
→ What does a resourced workweek actually feel like in your body?
→ How do you make decisions from regulation rather than depletion?
→ Where are you overriding your own needs in the name of 'professionalism'?
This is where you start to see that your exhaustion isn't a character flaw - it's accurate data about an unsustainable design.

Week 5-7:
Embodied Boundaries
Now you're ready to redesign. With your nervous system regulated and resourced, you can finally FEEL your way through business decisions rather than just thinking them:
→ When you look at next quarter's schedule, what does your body tell you?
→ When you consider adding another clinician, where do you feel expansion vs. contraction?
→ What does a 'yes' actually feel like versus a 'yes' that's really compliance?
We practice boundaries as somatic experience, not psychological concept. You learn to trust: If it doesn't feel sustainable in my body right now, it won't be sustainable in my practice six months from now.

Monthly Activator Sessions (2-3 hours) -Deep-dive sessions on each monthly element. Not lectures - these are experiential, somatic, and practical. You leave with both embodied awareness and actionable implementation.
Weekly Q&A Calls - Weekly access for questions, troubleshooting, and real-time support as you implement.
Peer Pods-Small group peer sessions (6-8 people) that meet monthly. This is where the magic happens - being
witnessed by peers who get both the clinical depth and business reality.
Complete Training Library - Access to all trainings, workshops, and resources - including CEU-approved content. Everything we've created is yours to use throughout your time in the program.
Private Community-Connection, questions, wins, and support between calls.
Assessments & Audits
● Comprehensive nervous system assessment
● Practice energy audit
● Business architecture review
● Ongoing tracking of your capacity and growth
It starts with rest, not hustle. Most business programs ask you to add more capacity while already depleted. We start by creating space, because you cannot redesign a practice from a dysregulated nervous system. Rest and Repair isn't a nice idea; it's the foundation.
It's peer-to-peer, not expert-led. I'm the container-holder and catalyst, but transformation happens in collective witnessing, not expert prescription. You're not here to consume; you're here to co-create.
It's based on somatic principles, not business formulas. Every decision is filtered through your actual nervous system: Does this resource nourish me or deplete me? Can I hold this position without dysregulation? What is my body telling me that my mind is trying to override?
It's designed for catalysts and initiators. If you have a pattern of starting strong and then moving on, that's not something to fix, that's your design. We create frameworks that support this approach rather than oppose it.
It builds sustainability that actually scales. My practice grew to 7 figures with 27 clinicians BECAUSE of nervous system sustainability, not despite it. When you are not feeling depleted, you can effectively manage and sustain growth.
After the 7-week intensive, Rest and Repair, Resourcing the Resourcer, and Embodied Boundaries aren't just trainings you completed; they become the lens through which you make every business decision:
Considering a new revenue stream? Run it through: Does this business model allow for rest and repair, or does it require constant output?
Thinking about expansion? Ask yourself: Am I able to adequately support myself while managing this, or am I setting myself up for another burnout?
Establishing boundaries with a client, staff member, or opportunity is crucial.
Feel it: What does my body know that my mind is trying to rationalize?
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
✗ You're just starting out and need basic practice-building (there are great resources for that; this isn't it)
✗ You're looking for a formula or expert to tell you exactly what to do
✗ You can't or won't create space to actually rest during the intensive (this model requires slowing down to speed up)
✗ You're not willing to examine how capitalism and extraction have shaped your business model
✗ You want another certification to add to your wall
This is less than many single weekend trainings, but it's a 7-month restructuring of how you work. It's an investment that says, 'I'm worth building something sustainable around
If you're currently seeing 20 clients/week at $150/session, you're generating $156K/year.
If this program helps you redesign so you can either:
See fewer clients while maintaining revenue (by raising rates, adding groups, or building leverage)
Grow without burning out (by building systems that don't require your constant presence)
Stop losing weeks to depletion and resentment (and actually use your capacity for revenue-generating work)
Structure in rest without guilt (knowing your practice can handle your absence)
..the ROI isn't just financial. It's getting back to why you fell in love with this work in the first place.
And honestly? If you can't take 7 weeks to slow down enough to do this work, that's the loudest data point about why you need it.
Applications are open now for our waitlist. We're keeping it small, just 12 people, because this is deep, peer-to-peer work, not another expert-led training.

Book a call (I want to know where you are, what you've built, and what wall you're hitting.)

If it seems like a fit, we'll have a 20-minute conversation, not a sales call, but a genuine check-in about whether this is right for both of us

When the next cohort opens, waitlist applicants get first access.
Founder of the Somatic Integration Institute and operator of three mental health practices: KAIROS Counseling, Brighter Beginnings Children's Mental Health Initiative, and a community nonprofit.
I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and I've been a Training Assistant in the SE community since 2020. I've built KAIROS Counseling from a solo practice to a 7-figure group practice with 27 clinicians.
But here's what matters more: I did all of this after hitting my own wall with burnout in 2019. I rebuilt everything using somatic principles, not just in how I work with clients, but in how I design business systems, leadership structures, and growth strategies.
I created the Catalyst Collective because I kept meeting skilled, established clinicians hitting the same wall I hit, trapped between limiting their impact or burning out.
This program is what I wish had existed when I was lying awake at 3am doing math that didn't work.
